How can I return a product?

You don't want to keep the product you ordered, or you bought the wrong item or quantity? That happens! We offer a 30-day return policy. Within this period, you can return unopened items to the following address without giving a reason and receive a refund of the purchase price:

Important: Please be sure to return the goods insured (parcel with tracking number, not as a small parcel), as the parcel service is not liable for the value of the goods in the event of loss.

Important: Please enclose a note with your order number with the return shipment so that our warehouse staff can assign the goods.

The return shipment is at your own expense and will not be covered by MOLEQLAR.

Please contact us in advance via our contact form so that we can process your return without delay when it arrives!

After receiving and processing the return, we will of course refund the purchase price. This may take up to 14 days. Please note that we only accept unopened goods for return.
