As betaine (TMG) is a water-soluble molecule, you should take it with plenty of liquid, preferably a glass of water.
It's up to you whether you take the powder separately from meals or together with them. Current studies do not show any method to be superior.
The good thing is: betaine (TMG) is generally very well absorbed by the body and has a high bioavailability. If there are any new findings on this, we will of course keep you up to date! (R, R)
