How should I take betaine / TMG?

As betaine (TMG) is a water-soluble molecule, you should take it with plenty of liquid, preferably a glass of water.


With or without a meal?

It's up to you whether you take the powder separately from meals or together with them. Current studies do not show any method to be superior.

The good thing is: betaine (TMG) is generally very well absorbed by the body and has a high bioavailability. If there are any new findings on this, we will of course keep you up to date! (RR)
