Since resveratrol is a fat-soluble molecule it's best to take it with a meal.
To optimise absorption, we recommend consuming it with a spoonful of vegetable oil (e.g. olive, linseed or pumpkin seed oil) or mixed in a yoghurt.
Time of day:According to studies, the bioavailability of resveratrol is significantly better in the morning.
Order: It is best to take it before the main course. Otherwise, the stomach acid stimulated by the meal could break down the nutrients more easily.(R)
